Make colour cremes, jelly and crelly polishes by adding liquid pigment tinters. Also suitable for pearlescent micas, pigments, chameleon powders, flakies and glitters up to .060 hex. The effects of Holo pigment and liquid holo micro flakes will be dulled out, but holographic glitter will show through.
